Summary: Several of us originally from LaCrosse, gathered for a holiday get together, as my elderly mom lives in town. Plenty of nice space for all of us to gather, with comfortable furniture, and a half bath on first floor. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our holiday meal. Matthew has been extremely easy to work with and helpful. The only suggestions I would have is there was very little toilet paper in house, which i feel was an oversight due to everything else being available. Additional towels and wash cloths were available, but we needed to hunt for them. lol! Big house with lots of rooms and closets, etc. Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: As advertised. It was what VRBO said it would be. Clean. All the essentials there. Excellent location. Three block walk to Christmas Mass. All the bedrooms we used were ensuite ( great feature). Spacious dining areas. Historical artifacts. Comfortable. We were living in history. The space would have been more than adequate for our family group of eight. The three coming from New York state were last minute cancels due to weather problems, so five of us really had space! This property could handle a group twice our size. Hardly the host's problem and we liked our stay so much it bothered us not at all. Particularly suited to family groups. Bill Leonard
