Summary: The property is very pretty and the rooms are nice. Showers are piping hot. We had a leak on the second day of our stay- they didn’t say anything, just moved our luggage and the couch out of the way (luggage had wet spots). We only realized when we went to sit in the little sitting room and all the furniture was rearranged and the walls were peeling. Gym is disorganized and unkept. Breakfast area was nice and good food. Front desk super helpful. We went as part of a group and two of us had leaky rooms- no accommodations or anything. Being our 2nd time in Medellin- I didn’t realize this hotel accepted the night workers. Our other trip we had no such issues- but this one had a coming and going of very young se& workers. Yuck!! The men that stayed here not only were with these young girls but if you were at breakfast they constantly hit on us. Imagine coming back from an all day trip from Guatape to ride an elevator with a 50something year old man and two 18yr old street workers. We couldn’t even wait for our uber in front of the hotel- the park next door was overflowing with workers and nasty men. Not staying here again ever.

Summary: Top-tier service and a great stay. Spent a few days here with some friends and had an excellent experience. What really sets this place apart is the team. From the staff at the front desk to the manager, everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They’re highly attentive and sharp—they anticipate what you need and take care of everything seamlessly, which made the whole stay completely stress-free. Great atmosphere, fantastic hospitality, and a well-run operation overall. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommended

Summary: Very nice hotel . Jessica the concierge was very helpful with all our reservations and excursions. The front desk people were helpful too. The hotel is located at walking distance of everything. Highly recommended for everyone I’ll stay in the hotel again.
