Summary: The hotel itself is good.The breakfast is bountiful and a good variety. The staff are very helpful and the location is good. Unfortunately, it is noisy facing the front and it's a 24 hour scenario in the busy neighborhood of young partygoers all night. They are currently doing construction directly across the street and they remove the trash which is recycled and separated by hand into the wee hours and starting early in the morning. Noisy most of the time.

The hotel has a quieter, more refined atmosphere compared to larger chain hotels, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a modern layout and high-end finishes. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing was solid—I was able to relax and get good rest even though the hotel is located near the lively El Poblado area. The kitchenette setup was a nice bonus, especially for longer stays. One of the highlights was the location. It’s tucked just far enough away to feel calm, but still within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. That balance made it easy to enjoy Medellín without dealing with constant noise or congestion. Summary: Let me start off with the pros. First of all the place looks exceptional. For the people saying it needs to be updated. I'm not sure what to consider updated but this is a very classy place. It's not modern and it's not supposed to be. The free breakfast is beyond Continental. Amazing selection of food. The rooms were beautiful. The only thing I would say is the view from the balcony is obstructed because of construction, but that is not at the fault of the hotel. They don't really have a gym area. It's not usable if you're into lifting weights. However, the staff is kind professional, and they even went above and beyond for me and let me stay an additional hour because my flight was delayed. They also greet you with a thoughtful gift when you arrive. I would say the place can be sometimes noisy at night. They do provide you with earplugs though. Please keep in mind it is in the heart of Provenza with all the restaurants and nightlife around the corner. It is within walking distance from everything. True walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much hotel Du Parc for your hospitality and exceptional customer service.
