Positive: ITS A GEM .BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. STUNNING SCENERY AND A BEAUTIFUL AND ECLECTIC BIJOU PLACE TO.STAY WE HAVE BEEN.AT LEAST 4 TIMES

Negative: THE WINDOWS IN THE BEDROOM USED TO BE OPENABLE BUT HAVE NOW BEEN SEALED WHICH IS A SHAME ALSO SOMEONE HAS USED ITV ON TV AND PUT A CODE IN WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY THEIR OWN AND AS ITS NOT RECORDED ANYWHERE YOU CANNOT USE THAT CHANNEL SOMEONE HAS FALLEN INTO OR LOOSENED THE WOODEN BANISTER AT BOTTOM OF STAIRS ITS LOOSE NOW AND NEEDS SECURING

Positive: Incredible location, isolated, serene, surrounded by hills, sheep and nature, gorgeous table outside for early morning coffee as and writing, the modern amenities within the stunning historic building.

Positive: Couldn't comment on staff, as there was none, great place to stay, quiet and peaceful. A pub 200 yards away, plenty of other pubs serving food within 10 minute drive, also a great base for walking

Positive: It was very quiet and comfortable, with views of beautiful wild countryside in all directions. And I saw wild rabbits in the field nearby every day! Who could ask for more? I liked the fact that it was on the edge of a tiny hamlet, and I hardly ever saw any other people.

Negative: The cooker was a bit difficult to use at first, but I learned how to do it. Also, none of the windows opened. The only way to get fresh air was to open the door. But this was not a big problem.

Summary: I loved it. Highly recommended if you want peace, quiet and solitude

Negative: There was a problem getting into the keybox as we weren't given the code. Luckily a neighbour knew the code (possibly the owner?) and we were able to get into the property. The mattress had a spring sticking through the side, luckily it was only apparent when getting out of the bed.

Positive: Great location for walking and exploring the area. with local villages and a supermarket not far for provisions. Malham Tarn is about 6 miles walk out from the front door of the Chapel. Great views and a steady walk. There is a local pub, Tennants Arms. Good selection of ales and food. The gent that was running it has good local knowledge and very helpful. There is a trout farm adjacent to the village. The Chapel is very small, but adequate for a short stay. It is well maintained and comfortable with a modern kitchen. A nice garden when the sun is out to sit and ponder over the next adventure with a beer. George (Labrador) was relaxed and enjoyed lounging in the garden. The bedroom is a nice size with two armchairs and a TV, Internet is very good.

Summary: A nice place to stay for a short break with good access to local amenities and walks.
