Summary: An amazing b&b. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Everything you need for a perfect stay with a kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner , soaps and hand and body moisturiser. The tv had extra channels as well. Catch up etc. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Positioned on a main road there was easy access to st austell, the eden project and the lost gardens of heligan. There us also a pub jyst up the road with super friendly customers. A place to stay to relax and unwind. Vety friendly owners too.

Summary: Tracey and Richard are great hosts. Very friendly, great facilities in the room and Richard’s full English breakfast is absolutely amazing, one, if not the best I have ever had. Car park on site and outside seating with a bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to this area.
