Positive: This hotel is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at while travelling Sri Lanka. The staff are incredible and nothing is ever an issue and they go above and beyond to make you feel like home and apart of the family. The facilities are amazing and the food is some of the best you’ll ever eat! We got trapped in with the floods and landslides and they allowed us to eat food and basically stay there for free.

Positive: Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kandy, Sri Lanka. The manager, Koshali, was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The staff were also extremely friendly, adding to the warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the room quality was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is very easy to access, and the surroundings are calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The rates are also very affordable, offering great value for the experience. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Positive: A warm welcome awaited us on arrival. The hotel was clean and rooms just perfect. Excellent value. The Manager Kumesh and staff couldn't do enough for us all friendly. The breakfast kept us going all day! Will definitely be returning to this little gem. The location is set amongst hills, views beautiful. Loved watching the eagles!

Negative: There were a lot of steps, so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Summary: A lovely find, wish we could have stayed longer. Already planning our next stay here.

The pool was clean perfect for relaxing, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily return. A great getaway and real value for the price you pay.
