Welcome to The Cartridge House in Kings Mills, Ohio! This beautiful century home was originally built for the employees of the Peters Cartridge Factory. Today, The Cartridge House boasts four large bedrooms including two king beds, two queen beds, and three twin bunkbeds with two additional twin pop-up beds to sleep a total of 16 of your closest friends and family!
The open kitchen/dining room features a custom made 12 foot dinner table so there's room for everyone and our large kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher make preparing meals for a crowd a breeze!
Our hearth room features a large, soft sofa with electric wall-mounted fireplace and smart TV along with a bartop table for visiting and relaxing after a great day at Kings Island!
Four large bedrooms reside at the top of the stairs with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 6 twin sized beds (bunkbeds) so everyone can rest and recharge in comfort during your stay.
Our large, fenced yard is perfect for a game of tag and relaxing around the fire pit. We provide a propane gas grill for preparing meals outside along with a 6 person outdoor dining set and outdoor chairs on our expansive deck.

Summary: This was the perfect property for our family Thanksgiving meal. The table was large enough to seat everyone so we didn’t have to split up, and it was great for games after dinner. The host was very responsive and excellent to work with. We loved everything about our stay!

Summary: The house was great. Very clean and everything you need for a large group was provided. It worked well for us and the dogs. The bedrooms are all upstairs with no bathroom, for someone older it may be difficult, but for us it was fine.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Kings Island with friends! It was so close you could come back quick if you needed a break from Kings Island for a bit. Which we actually did because during our day at Kings Island it poured so hard we were completely drenched and needed to change. The house was very cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plus the owner Marcy was very nice and quick to respond if we needed anything and also just to check in on us making sure we were good and didn’t need anything. Will definitely stay again if in the area with a big group.

Summary: What a great place - beautiful, plenty of room, clean with modern updates, and the host was very responsive to communication. I had done a bunch of research of places to stay in the area, and Cartridge House was very affordable for the amount of sleeping accommodations we needed as well. We had 7 young adults (15-21) and 3 adults and the space in the house was perfect. We could all actually eat together at the dining room table lol! We stayed there on the last leg of our vacay and went to Kings Island for the day. How convenient it was!! A quick 6 min drive was amazing after a long, HOT day. There were plenty of food and gas options close by too. Parking could be tricky because you have to park on the street in front of the house, but it's a side street with little traffic and luckily we were able to get the last 2 spots available. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Summary: My family of four stayed here with two other families with kids for a weekend at the end of June. The location is perfect, only about a mile off the highway and close to shopping and other amenities. There is a baseball field right across the street; the kids could go out to play kickball. Our kids were playing in a tournament up at the Warren County Sports Park, and this house was only about 15 minutes away. The house was perfect - so clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee station was much appreciated. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps, and hair/body washes. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. All four bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms and the laundry room are downstairs on the other side of the kitchen. There's also a really nice deck off the back and the yard is fully fenced if you're bringing your dog. I also can't say enough about the owner, Marcy. She was so responsive and accommodating. She answered all our questions quickly and professionally. We were all very impressed with the house and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
