Summary: Fabulous room, only slightly let down by empty picture hooks and non working lights. Bed is 2 singles pushed together which made it difficult to cuddle up, but otherwise very comfortable night.

Summary: Friendly staff, beautiful location with amazing view, very quiet in the rooms. Plenty of off-road parking. Rooms were large and had high ceilings as did the bathroom which was odd. We had a disabled bathroom which we didn't need. On Saturday night the dining room was full and the noise level made it hard to talk to the person across the table and the service was slow as it was at breakfast. The food was very good when it came.

Summary: A real mixed review because we were misled by the room description which clearly stated air conditioning was in the room. When we arrived it was clear it wasn’t and we brought this to the attention of the manager who apologised and said she would contact her manager and get back to us. We contacted Expedia to ask them why their description was misleading and explained we wouldn’t have booked the property if we had known. The problem we had was that there was no availability at this late stage to move to. The garden facing rooms do have air con but the in house rooms definitely don’t. To make matters worse the noise that you get as you are just above the entrance and exit area is less than ideal. On a positive note the food that we had was good but the room issues spoilt our stay.
