Positive: We took our own supplies for breakfast but coffee machine and other kitchen appliances were great

Negative: We only had a small problem with the showers but we notified the owners and they were going to fix it

Summary: We are 6 "old" school friends and this property was amazing. We highly recommend staying there

Positive: Beautiful house and garden. Warm and cosy. Thank you for the fire and wood supply. All fittings and appliances were excellent.

Negative: Squeaky door hinges. Needs a real tea pot (!) No where to hang /dry towels in bedroom (3)

Positive: The property is idyllic. We even had a kookaburra come and eat dinner with us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lounge and terrace had enough seating for our group. The gardens are beautifully laid out and maintained. The kitchen appliances worked well. The only sad part of our stay and something to be wary of was one of our party caught her foot under the chunky hall mat and it rolled up, tripping her and in the process of falling, she dislocated her shoulder. The nearest hospital with X-ray is in Ballarat. Other than this incident (which happened in our arrival), we can throughly recommend The Carlisle.
