Summary: This is a very special and unique property. Kenneth and his family are excellent hosts. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious, and served outside on the patio. Kenneth was gracious enough to send us home with some beautiful mangos too. By the time we had to leave we felt like family. We will definitely return. Many thanks to Cariari Bed and Breakfast 🙏

Summary: Laurie and Miriam went above and beyond to accommodate our late night arrival! Coffee and the made to order breakfast were ready promptly at the later hour we requested, and the company at the dining table made for great conversation. Our stay was short (Juan Santamaria arrival night) but it was a welcome improvement from staying in an airport hotel.

Summary: The absolute warmest people - that's what stood out to me the most. It's such a treat to get to sit at the breakfast table with Laurie, to hear her stories of a life well lived and to share my own. The breakfast was outstanding, made with love by Miriam who is so gentle and kind. The B&B is clean, cozy and well located. I took a long stroll around the neighborhood which was lush and quiet. An overall excellent experience.

Summary: Amazing home, clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. But what stood out the most was Lauri and Meriam, so warm and friendly, it felt like visiting with family!! Would absolutely recommend, and will stay here again any chance we get!! Thank you Lauri!!!

Summary: The place is nice and I enjoy the 2nd floor large patio/balcony. However, the service is superb. Laurie and Miriam make you feel like family. There is definitely a personal touch you cannot get in a hotel.

Summary: What a wonderful start to our holiday in Costa Rica! The Cariari is a lovely, comfortable place to stay, and Laurie is the most welcoming host we have ever stayed with. She gave us a glass of wine and snack in the evening, and chatted with us for 20 minutes. She also sat with us and the other guests at breakfast. So helpful to get so much information and recommendations about Costa Rica at the start of our holiday. Miriam was friendly and caring too - and prepared a delicious breakfast for the morning with a lot of choice. We would happily stay again. Thank you Laurie and Miriam.
