Summary: We loved this place. Excellent size, the screen porch with the pool table was amazing. We tried to book again because we enjoyed it so much we were going to add an unplanned return trip but it was already booked. We will definitely return!

Summary: Clean property and lots of kitchen utensils and extra pillows and towels and wash cloths. In other properties I have stayed at there are always Limited towels and I worry about having enough, but there were just tons! I really appreciated that! Bonus is having a washer and dryer! It was wonderful having a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms for such a reasonable price. That plus having three full size couches meant that our family of five was not piled up on top of each other when we were there LOL. I would definitely recommend this property. Short drive to the zoo and State Museum. No negatives here! Communicative property owner.

Summary: Although our stay was short it was pleasant, the host and house were accommodating. The house looks exactly like the pics, very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several restaurants/ downtown. The host responds to any questions/needs in a timely manner. I would stay again & definitely recommend. Ty again

Summary: This was my second stay at the riverfront and its still a nice out of the way place. Clean and simple, the pool table on the back patio is great for friends to pass some time. I just hope the update the TVs to smart TVs so I could use my firestick or log into my NETFLIX, but that was not a big issue for me.

Summary: We were in town for a short stay to attend our son's basic training graduation. The house was a perfect fit for us. It was a short and easy drive over to Fort Jackson. Summary: Went to Columbia for a USC football game. House is about 5 miles from William Brice. Great corner spot…porch area with the pool table is great. Worked well for us

Summary: We came from Texas and Alabama the house was great for our group 7 adults slept comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. They loved playing pool.. Definitely great experience to the hurricane Debby.
