Positive: Decor was nice for an older establishment. Location not too far from my destination. Communication Quiet area

Negative: Bathroom door hard to close. Toilet leaked between base and seat Loud window a/c in room window. No air circulation in other bedroom and bed takes up room space. Slight pet odor. You can hear all movement from the upstairs guest. Outside lighting.

Summary: My overall experience was not terrible, but they can fix the small things.

Positive: We liked that it had a washer/dryer in the unit. Seemed to be a nice enough neighborhood.

Negative: I felt misled by the description of the property. It was not very clean. The living area; carpet was filthy, there was a damaged lamp stuck in a planter, the furniture was stained, the wall and mirror appeared to have semen or something of the like splattered on them ; The bathroom has no ventilation, and again was not very clean minus the linens which were surprisingly clean and fresh ; The kitchen wasn’t too bad minus the cheap garbage bags and washed but still dirty dishes; The Bedrooms, were decent except I was under the impression that each room had two king beds.
