Positive: - The house is not directly on the water, but shares a waterfront area with a few other homes. The canal is visible from front sitting areas and upstairs and a great view. - The house was extremely clean, had everything needed in kitchen with lots of storage and counter space. - The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked. - This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend get away for four, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Which is really nice as we get older :-) Would be great for an extended family getaway, several spaces to hang out.

Negative: - Only thing can think of, there is only parking for 2 cars with that large of a house. We were all able to come in one car, but if there was a bigger family group it might be difficult. Just so people are aware. Listing mentioned possible road parking but it's pretty tight out there. It really is a lovely place. - The extra fees adding up from the advertised price is always annoying. But this one was lower than many overall.
