Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant near the pool.

Negative: We couldn’t go on the river with kajaks as tue water level was too high. A pity bit of course not the fault of the site.

Positive: The camp is so nice and quiet. My children enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and fire camp! The tents are very nice and confortable.

Negative: A little bit hard to communicate with the staff as most of them does not speak any english.

Positive: The campsite had a nice feel and atmosphere. The tent was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The pool area was quite nice. We did a group BBQ one night which was super lovely, the staff arranged it all well and we had a great time. The campfire with smores was also a nice touch.

Negative: There were a large amount of flies around the campsite - I think they need to have better pest control. Although the staff were trying very hard, it appeared most of them weren't trained and this led to waiting up to an hour for food at the site. We ordered lunch and waited nearly 1 hour 30 minutes for rice and omelet. Things like plates not being cleared led to an increase in flies etc. The bathroom was quite basic and wet towels were left in their during our entire stay - better housekeeping needed. I think the staff were too stretched and busy to provide better service, even though they tried very hard. I think the owners need to improve this to make for a better experience, I do not blame the local staff.

Summary: Nice vibes, but service could be improved.

Positive: Staff were very friendly. They helped us with marshmallows and sparklers. We ate at the restaurant each morning for breakfast and it was easy to make our order and the food was good. The pool was very nice.

Negative: The dome was very hot during the day and the air conditioning struggled.

Positive: Amazing experience. Lots of fun. Hotel provided me with a bbq which was great. Staff very attentive and helped me cover the bbq when it started to rain. Staff are excellent. 10/10. Lovely grounds and very clean, well kept. Best place for camping

Positive: The view is great bc it is by the river. Room and breakfast are just so so. Staff is great and they work hard to keep the place nice and clean day and night. Bed is too soft so it was not comfy for me. Toilet is small for a 2-bedroom tent. But understandable. Bell tent with toilet outside is better for me. I enjoy roasting marshmallow provided by hotel and kayak, bikes also bean bags around the place. Pool is small but I think it is suitable for kids. Food menu is great .. we ordered moo krata and some other dishes and they are all great.

Summary: Pleasant and a place to cool down after all hard days

Positive: Everything. The family yurt was lovely. So comfy, spacious and a great place for a getaway. The property offered free use of kayaks, a movie night and free marshmallows on the fire every evening. The staff at the property were so kind, they always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here.

Positive: The rooms were clean & the ambience of the resort was ammazing. The staff was exceptionally helpful & sweet. They were kind enough to arrange for halal food for us & even warm our home cooked food without any issues. The breakfast was excellent & with a view. Highly recommended.

Negative: The rooms were not very spacious.
