Positive: Great location, very central and lots of cafés right there in the building. Mr. Tuan was always available and very helpful! He even printed some documents that we needed for us :)

Negative: There‘s a window in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, so there’s not too much privacy in the shower.

Positive: Located very centrally in the city center, so great location and convenient to reach many bars restaurants etc by foot, but also causing it to be a little bit noisy on Friday evening due to musical activities nearby

Negative: At times the lift can be quite busy, as the building has a lot of traffic in and out... can be a bit noisy during the day, but not bad.

Positive: Location was perfect, easy to get around and very central. Nice room, very comfortable. Everything operated as it should.

Negative: You need to be aware that the property does not accept credit cards. Payment is via cash or PayPal only. The only criticism of the room is the door to the patio as a gap so that when it rained and the wind blew water came in and you need to keep your luggage away from there.
