Positive: The safety system is generally good, they have 4 layers of safety. Every unit is noise-free. The checkout system is efficient. The staffs are well trained and sufficient.

Negative: There are plenty rooms for improvement. The first time I used the shower room, there is a leak of the drainage. Water was everywhere, even reached the area behind the closet. Besides that, the sliding doors in the bedroom that become the access to the balcony area could not be locked. There was a gap between the doors and the jamb, a result of the poor construction work. I felt uncompletely safe sleeping in a room with unlocked doors. Last but not least, there are no locks in the bedroom door to the living room and in the bathroom door as well.
