Positive: The staff were incredible and so friendly. One waiter in the restaurant, I did not catch his name, he suggested what to eat and it was one of our best ever dinner's. Such a beautiful hotel, would recommend to everyone.

Negative: All common areas were spotless, the bedroom/bathroom were good but the bath/shower could have been cleaner.

Negative: The overall condition of the rooms was quite disappointing. The flooring appeared mismatched, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the electric kettle was broken. Additionally, there was no room service menu provided. Housekeeping number was not working .. I can say everything was messed up.. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Even reception and restaurant ACs were not working properly..

Positive: Nice big rooms. Food in restaurant was good but expensive. We were told the pool was out of use. There were two functions hosted at the venue when we were there which meant no access to outdoor space.
