Summary: Everything was perfect, not the most flashy hotel in Ottawa but defiantly A+ for the amenities and the curtesy of the staff (front desk, maintenance, breakfast area, and maid). Good job !!

Summary: We had the executive room with king bed and pullout couch. Room was massive and had all you could need for your stay, including a computer and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is perfect and they have outdoor and indoor parking (for a fee). The room is well worth the cost. The only thing missing was the upgrade on decor - it feels very 90’s. I also found the layout of the hotel to be very non-intuitive.

Summary: The morning breakfast was fresh & had a nice selection and the room was neat. The room was Big and the kitchen appliances a little out dated. The balcony door did not open. The bathroom had a nice mirror for close ups and a powerful hair dryer. The bed is well used and uncomfortable with a big dent formed at the sleeping position. Despite having heat and turning it down it was uncomfortable and made it hard too sleep but the 7 am breakfast made up for it. The front desk was well represented by a beautiful and friendly young brunette with an excellent and warm personality with a polite hotel manager. Parking of 25 dollars was safe and secure inside the building. Location was a little bit of a walk to the Parliament and the R Center. Easier to walk in the summer not the winter.

Summary: We've been to Ottawa many times but this was our first time staying at The Business Inn. It was quite chaotic and busy since it was between Christmas and New Year's. We loved the location, and our spacious and clean room. The room was well-stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and tissues for the mess of snow and salt! The breakfast selection was the only thing lacking and most guests had to bring the food back to their rooms since there was not nearly enough space in the cafeteria.
