Positive: Great staff. Good choice of Drinks and Menu. Nice room and comfortable bed. TV was small but as we didn't spend much time in the room so that didn't really bother us

Positive: Staff members all very friendly and helpful. The food we had was well presented and tasted nice. Location good . Room was comfortable and clean on arrival

Negative: Room wasn’t serviced at all in our 3 night stay. Breakfast selection minimal ie no cereal or pastries. A number of items were not available from the main menu

Summary: Nice comfortable room. Pleasant staff and nice food . Would stay again

Positive: Location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Price. Good parking. Large gardens with ample seating. Bedroom comfortable, with good towels, drinks and toiletries. En suite very clean. Decor in lounge and dining room pleasant. Proper napkins at the tables 👍

Negative: VERY loud music in the bar. Not appropriate in a village pub. Too many flat screen TVs, including one next to the dining room. Breakfast was average. If you're going to serve Tesco concentrate orange juice, at least decant it into a glass jug, not just present the carton! Toast was awful- the heel of a white loaf. Scrambled eggs were insipid. Some menu items unavailable. The whole facility could do with some TLC. Outside paved areas and gardens very weedy. Previous day/night glasses etc left on benches. Rubbish piled in the corner of the car park. Whole place could do with a lick of paint outside.

Positive: Nice surroundings. Room nice

Negative: Noisy downstairs on the night we stayed. Pool room just downstairs and there was a lot of noise and music coming up from there until quite late.

Negative: There was no heating on the first night, the shower in our room would only supply water that was scalding and nothing was done about it. The key to our room would also open the doors to all of the other rooms. The room was not cleaned nor the bed made between the nights of our stay.
