Positive: It was clean, modern and comfortable. Good location, close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice part of Newcastle and not far to city.

Negative: Difficult to operate the fans and lights. Need signs on/above buttons to say which are lights and fans and which remote belongs to which room. More detailed instructions should be in the manual. Blind/curtain needed in kitchen to block out sunlight. Shower water runs out of recess and wets floor. Better drainage needed.
