This large modern luxury 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next visit to Newcastle, located less than a minute walk to Merewether Beach.
Enjoy the water views from the balcony and entertain in the alfresco outdoor area in summer or sit back and unwind with a glass of red in front of the fire place in winter.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe. There is a queen in the second room and 2 singles in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath and there is a 3rd bathroom downstairs.
Comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 separate living areas. The property is fully air conditioned and there is a double garage plus off street parking.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, thank you! The house was perfect for two families with teens! Lots of space for everyone and so close to the beach.

Summary: While the house was very good in terms of the size and location, the amenities left a lot to be desired.We had booked the place for 7 nights. We arrived late evening after a 11 hour drive to find that there was no milk for coffee in the morning, nor was there any coffee pods available (even if only for the next morning), although there was a machine for them. On querying the manager, she curtly stated that we should go and find a supermarket and buy our own stuff. There was only 1 single ply toilet roll although we were staying for 7 nights. There was only one bin liner with no spares available. The vacuum cleaner did not work (the battery needs changing). So all in all, we were happy with the house, but disappointed with the amenities. It does not cost more than a few dollars to provide some of the above mentioned items which would have made our stay more enjoyable

Summary: We had such a beautiful stay at Beach Retreat. Amazing location for the perfect relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful home. Being able to use the garage was a perfect bonus to be able to park our trailer during our stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: We couldn't have asked for more in the Merewether Beach House. The location was perfect, with Merewether Beach at the end of the street. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality items. The property manager was personable and extremely accommodating, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property.
