This large modern luxury 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next visit to Newcastle, located less than a minute walk to Merewether Beach.
Enjoy the water views from the balcony and entertain in the alfresco outdoor area in summer or sit back and unwind with a glass of red in front of the fire place in winter.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe. There is a queen in the second room and 2 singles in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath and there is a 3rd bathroom downstairs.
Comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 separate living areas. The property is fully air conditioned and there is a double garage plus off street parking.

Summary: Loved the location near the beach!! Would stay again! Bathrooms were very nice also! Only thing lacking were paper towels and maybe French press. Nepresso machine was very nice.
