Positive: I loved the location. A short drive to St Andrews but far enough out to feel secluded and private. Lovely house with beautiful views out to the garden.

Negative: We felt that the living room floor hadn't been cleaned properly - white flakes on the rug which we had to hoover and we had spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the kitchen roll was dirty.

Positive: Cosy and comfortable accommodation. It is very well equipped and super clean. Excellent spot for our dogs with the private garden. Washing machine was a bonus. 13 mins from St Andrews and not much longer to Crail and Anstruther.

Negative: Just a small detail but not a gripe, the garden on the whole needed a tidy up and the decking and flagstones at the doors could have done with a pressure wash. It was quite wet when we arrived and felt we were trailing in dirt from the main entrance.
