Positive: The flat is in a great position for exploring St Andrews and there is free parking right outside. It's lovely inside and everything has been tastefully modernised to a very good standard. There's a lovely view out over the North beach and the flat isn't overlooked at the back.

Negative: We did not mind this, but the flat is up two flights of stairs, the upper section of which is quite steep, so you need to be relatively fit and mobile.
