Positive: Very well-appointed and spacious apartment. The kitchen was fully-equiped (appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, plates bowls,...). Great living space and good sized rooms. 2 smart TVs, wifi worked well.

Negative: The area itself felt a little run down. The walk to the commuter train/ public transport took 13-15 minutes and was a little unpleasant (major road). Especially on the weekend, there are not that many commuter trains, so we took cabs to get back and forth ($20 to Newbury Street). There is a backdoor to the apartment in the kitchen leading to the rear stairwell. You can lock it from the inside, but a proper bolt/ chain would be more secure (and a sturdier door).

Summary: Well-appointed and spacious apartment just outside the main area of the city

Positive: Relatively clean. Coffee and tea available.just like soap and shaving gear.

Negative: The apartment was in the basement, with a very cold tile floor. Hardly any day light and windows would have to stay shut because of the rats crawling around the dustbins just outside. Airco went on and off and spread cold or hot air, independent of any schedule, and could not be controlled. Furniture is old and worn down. No cleaning during the stay, which at this price point and during a stay of a couple of days is simply insufficient.
