Summary: My room was spacious with plenty of are to work as well as relax. The bathroom is a bit tight, but adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Summary: The rooms were okay, seemed clean. We booked the transportation from the airport to the hotel and they just never came. We ended up getting a different ride. I told the front desk person about it and they said they would look into it but they never did and we had prepaid. We arrived late on Friday night after 24 hours of travel and they only had 1 person at the front desk and a big group in front of us so it took about an additional 1/2 hour to get our room. Not ideal after a very long day+ of travel. I asked the front desk for some bottled waters and it took three separate times and two different people before I got it. I think they were just understaffed. I will have to dispute the charge for the transportation with my credit card since they never did anything about it for me.

Summary: The Boma Hotel was closed due to severe flooding and had no power or water. I was moves next door to the Boma Inn. The staff were great and friendly, although they were dealing with a crisis. The Boma Inn is an okder facility and okay, however, I paid for the 5 star Boma Hotel and was charged for the Boma Hotel. The Boma Inn did not have TV or any amenities. I was amazed at well the staff did setting up a makeshift restaurant for the impacted guests. The hotel is close to the national park and felt very safe and secure. Sammy, who works at the holtel was especially helpful.
