Bobs Lake is the largest lake in this area and famous for boating, swimming, fishing for whole year and all kinds of water activities. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 open loft which sleeps up to 12 people making it the perfect getaway for families, couples or groups with furry friends.

Summary: Gorgeous location. Lovely cottage. Beautiful shallow warm water and tiny sandy beach for the grandchild, and two docks for the adults.

Summary: Vacation with kids and grandkids. Great location on Bob’s lake with beautiful cottage. Satisfied all requirements for 10 people of mixed ages. Able to dock boat for tubing at cottage and the downstairs had a games room for evening entertainment.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this location and once again was an exceptional stay. The host has even installed a generac for power back up since the last time, which came in extremely useful as we had a storm that knocked out power halfway through our stay, but having this allowed us to continue our stay. Otherwise, we would have had to leave as power was out for the rest of the duration. The host is very good at responding to any questions you may have and the location is great. We will definitely look at going again.

Summary: Quiet and quite private location. Home was very spacious with excellent layout for sleeping and bathrooms. Shared living space was not as nicely laid out. Could use some refinement to take it to the next level of comfort.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at Bobs lake paradise. The host was warm and very responsive. The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, well outfitted and very clean. The lake is also beautiful and swimable ( though it was too cold in April). We had a small issue with the plumbing which the host responded to very quickly.The reason for the overall 4 star rating is that the cabin doesn't have any hiking trails around it. And the nearest town is 20 mins away. If those things are not important to you, this cabin would be a 5 star experience.

Summary: Our family (5 adults, 3 kids and a dog) rented the cottage for New Years Eve! It was amazing! Easy to get to, and had everything we possibly could need! Forest had amazing communication with us and readily available if needed. Our hope is to be able to go back in the summer time.Thank you Forest for renting us your beautiful property! Would highly recommend!

Summary: The house was very nice and spaciousas as advertised. The Kitchen had everything we needed as we did a lot of cooking over the weekend. The games room was a nice addition for our entertainment. We a would definitely come back .

Summary: Nice location and lovely views. The cottage was spacious and large enough to accommodate our family of seven. Disappointed in the lack of basic cooking utensils which caused me to have to quickly change cooking plans for Thanksgiving. Cottage could use a deep clean with particular attention paid to black mould around kitchen sink and master shower.

Summary: This property offered the ideal location for our group of couples to gather. Spacious both indoors and out, it allowed for many moments of group laughter and games, sharing of intimate conversations or quiet moments alone. The lovely view and multiple amenities contributed to our enjoyment. We were able to easily launch our kayaks and canoe from the waterfront, had a campfire one night under a very starry sky, took advantage of the large lawn for a game of Bocce ball and were delighted by the birdlife. Thank you Forest for being such a courteous and responsive host and for sharing your property. We certainly have many new special memories!
