Positive: Helpful, pleasant staff on check in Comfy room and bath/shower; good space, nice big towels and generous teas/coffees Large car park opposite Good price (but it was a Sunday night)
Negative: Breakfast not available Not in the centre of town (but only 15 mins walk away) Rather hot - big fan, but it was too noisy to have on at night

Positive: Excellent service, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was absolutely brilliant, lovely clean rooms. My wife has allergies and they bent over backwards to ensure that she did not come into contact with anything she is allergic to.
Negative: Unfortunately there was an event on the Saturday night which was just below our room which was quite noisy. The staff told us it would be off by 11pm and to their credit by 11.05 pm it was all turned off.
Summary: All in all a good stay in a lovely hotel.
