Positive: Lovely staff and a nice place to stay. Food is always exceptional.

Negative: Nothing major to note. The only issue was a broken section of the bed in room-4, which was causing a dip in the mattress. I reported it to a member of staff the followingmorning, so hopefully it has been resolved before my next stay.
