Positive: The property backs onto the beach via a river inlet. Amazing access to the beach and lots of bird life, swans, oyster catchers, stints, plovers, pelicans, herons and more.

Negative: A few things need a bit of maintenance mainly the bench outside on the verandah is broken and unstable. The TV is old and does not work well.

Positive: The location was incredible. Being so close to the beach and in a rural setting made for stunning scenery. We walked the beach and then through the paddock filled with sheep to a local swimming hole which had swans and sizeable fish. So beautiful.

Negative: There was nothing at all not to like. We would love to live here!

Positive: We loved reading about this history of the property, going for beach walks and visiting the sheep as they were down by the water in the afternoon.

Negative: Compared to our other air bnb stays I feel this one was a little overpriced. But it was a lovely stay.
