Positive: The location is pretty close to Miami Beach, and other attractions. The young lady in the office was very nice and informed us of things to do, nearby. I loved Bianca, the cat. She came by often, to get pets.

Negative: It was a room for three people, one king bed, and the bed for my daughter was not a bed. It was more like an ironing board. Definitely not a bed. It was weird. See photo.

Positive: The staff is always welcoming & helpful. The whole facility is always extremely clean & well maintained. The location is nearby everything needed from breakfast to entertainment which is extremely helpful when a car is not applicable. Yorby is always pleasant, he always makes sure to accommodate us guests above and beyond. My daughter loves the property cat named Bianca !!!

Positive: What an amazing place to stay. Check in was easy and smooth all information was provided in the app. The room was nice and clean, location was right off Biscayne which is very convenient. Can't beat the price! There's also a really cute cat that greeted me in the atrium space.

Positive: We thought guest services were great! They went above and beyond to make sure we were situated with parking during our stay. The room itself was very clean and as described. The location was also close to some really great nearby eateries and restaurants. Also, very safe location for the city with a neighboring residential area.

Negative: Unfortunately, I could hear outside noise from neighboring guests throughout the stay. As someone who has traveled quite frequently some noise is expected but I could hear guests outside talking and when guests had visitors in adjacent rooms something to keep in mind if traveling for work and early mornings. The hallway lights shining through the room at night was also quite bright in the unit we stayed in which I understand is for safety.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the Bianco. Great value for money. Room was clean, neatly made, with all amenities working. Bathroom recently refurbished, nice. Complimentary parking on the property is a great plus. Since we arrived late and only stay a couple of nights, our interactions with staff was primarily electronic, in the spirit of practicality and kindness.

Negative: I believe the hotel is in the process of being renewed gradually, which will address the primary areas of development opportunity.

Positive: A small motel in a good location. Parking. Good communication from the property. Rooms are clean but needs to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Negative: Our room was the closest to the street so we were hearing all the noises from the street and windows are not sound proof at all. Curtains are not blackout so light through day and night were lighting the room. The room was clean but they only offer house keeping once every 3 days which is not that good idea for such a price. Lacking of Amenities such as (dental kit / water bottles/ only shampoo no shower gels / no usb chargers ).

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. The retro-themed room was not only spotless but also beautifully decorated, full of charm and character that made it feel unique rather than generic. Every detail felt intentional, from the décor to the layout, and it really enhanced the overall vibe of our stay. We were especially impressed by how well stocked and comfortable the room was. There were more than enough towels and linens, all clean and fresh, which made it easy to settle in and relax without needing to request anything extra. The bed and amenities were comfortable, and the newly renovated space felt both modern and cozy while still preserving its retro personality. The hospitality truly stood out. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel valued as guests rather than just another booking. A special mention goes to Glen, whose extremely friendly, helpful, and professional service made a big difference in our experience. The location was also perfect . . in the heart of the Design District Miami and so close to the Wynwood arts area, convenient, safe, and ideal for exploring Miami.
