Summary: Parking was easy; no staff on site and online checking was definitely not immediate nor seamless. Room clean but extremely cold. Extra blankets had to be fetched from an outside storage closet, which wasn’t appealing in the middle of an extremely cold night. Only mirror was on the bathroom vanity.

Summary: The basement room was musty and damp. The stairs, either entrance, to the basement were dangerous. The parking lot needs lighting.

Summary: The room was great. Very comfortable. I had everything I needed. A very short drive to downtown Salem. Lots of food options close by. I would stay here again.

Summary: We had miscommunication about the self check-in process; Beverly asked for email and didn't send any email. Room was very clean, but old fixtures in bathroom had a smell. Our ceilings were thin; we constantly heard upstairs neighbor. TV was so dark even on brightest setting it was unwatchable
