Positive: Clean, neat, spacious. I was not comfortable with the check-in process at first----but it worked smoothly. It was so nice to have a little sofa and chair in the room, and a kitchen. It was ideal for us to spread out and relax.

Negative: We are seniors, and carrying our suitcases to the basement was a bit difficult. My fault, I should have checked to see if there was an elevator.

Summary: A pleasant place, large comfortable room, would stay again.

Positive: Hands down absolutely the most comfortable hotel stay.! The quality of the bedding and the furniture and the blinds from the bathtub to the modern toilet. I am impressed with the decor. Thanks so much for the value of room in a time where I hated staying at any three star hotel due to the cheap interior.

Positive: The staff was very helpful on line and on the phone. As we had to change our room for a few reasons !

Negative: The description of our room said nothing about the room being down in basement ! When I went down to ck out the room ( my husband can not climb stairs ) First the area down there smelled and damp ! Then the door would not open with keyless lock. We also would have never gotten our large suitcases down stairs either. When rooms to street level the nice manager on the phone tried several times to get keyless lock to work .

Summary: I would definitely stay again room was great. We would be sure to state NO stairs

Positive: Location is perfect for train commuting! Within walking distance of the train stop. The added stove and oven were awesome!

Negative: Wifi was poor quality which effected Roku smart TV.
