Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.
Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!

Summary: This house was a perfect stay for our family! Only 20 minutes from Broadway and five minutes from Publix. It was a great location! Great communication from the host and very helpful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Summary: Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Summary: The location is a 10-15 drive into downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is nice but it’s also quiet. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Meghan, our host, was very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our stay, 90 degrees and humid, but the house stayed nice and cool. The only recommendation I have is to provide a cookie sheet or baking dish. We like to cook and that is the only thing we lacked. Thanks for a great stay!
