Positive: Great location! Very quiet and peaceful. Historic landmark and cool decorations. Great use of space. The pull out couch was actually a mattress and very comfortable to me!!

Negative: When we got there the mosquitos were bad but the management company was VERY attentive and sprayed two times. Cut them down significantly. Probably just the time of year. Single beds were thin, couch cushions. I did suggest they get single mattresses in there.

Summary: Great stay overall. Would stay again!!

Positive: Convenient location. Full kitchen and washer/dryer were great.

Negative: Sofa bed and other beds were uncomfortable. Had trouble locating some linens and reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful. Found multiple spiders inside. I was bitten twice. Light above the sofa bed couldn't be turned off.

Positive: Comfortable. Clean linens. Laundry and dishwasher tabs provided. Plenty of plates and cookware. Pretty garden.Well maintained.

Negative: Didn't know what day was trash day. Couldn't open side door for cross ventilation! No chair on porch by kitchen! Maybe a bottle of water for the first night? Door dash and food delivery delivered to the main house. Wrong door. Maybe something indicating Byron Ave would help. clearly put that on the instructions.

Summary: It was a nice retreat and cozy. Nice and Quiet! Beautiful song birds.

Positive: This location is wonderful - in a quiet neighborhood great for walking yet just 3 miles from downtown, easily done on our E bikes - a nice ride through Vanderbilt U. The house is so quant and has everything you need for a few days - including washer/dryer. We loved our stay here!
