Summary: Every member of the staff we encountered, from the front desk to the tavern, was very friendly and professional. We will plan to stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Summary: The property itself was fine. I have two issues: 1. I've always understood that Expedia prices that say "Includes taxes and fees" means what it says. And yet, I was charged an additional $20.29 and when I called to ask about what it was, I was told that it was taxes. 2. I reserved a "Superior King." The description said "King bed" and the photo displaying the room had 2 beds. On check-in, I was given a room that had 1 queen bed and 1 room. When I asked for a different room, I was given an appropriate room (2 queens, and it was easily twice the size, with a sitting room in addition to bedroom. So yes, they did give me the appropriate room, but the first was clearly NOT what I'd reserved.

Summary: We had a pleasant bit somewhat dated room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom fine. It's a big old place that needs some upgrading. It has charm certainly but for the price I would say it was not worth it.
