Positive: Excellent location, adorable and well-appointed apartment, and wonderful hosts! The Best Nest has that neat vibe of old Rome in Trastavere, but everything you need inside is completely modern, including a generous shower (biggest one on our trip) with a tankless water heater for hot water on demand, and a washer. Bonus for only a few steps up to get to the apartment, so the luggage transfer was easy for us older folks. Eleanora and Pietro were in touch in advance and met us on arrival with lots of tips and helped with transportation, etc. You can tell they really care! The street and the apartment are quiet but just around the corner from great restaurants and an easy walk to all kinds of sightseeing. I added a photo of the front of the building; the apartment is on an interior courtyard. I give this my highest recommendation, and it books up fast for a reason. Terrific!

Negative: Can't think of anything. There is no dishwasher, but with so many restaurants within a few steps, it just was not a concern.

Positive: Pietro and Eleonora were absolutely delightful and put a lot of time and energy into making sure we had a nice stay. They arranged ride from airport - met us at the unit, helped with luggage, gave us a lot of info on the area & what to do. The unit was as advertised - quaint, clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had many stops in Italy and Pietro and Eleonora were the most gracious of hosts and we would not hesitate to stay again - thank you!
