Positive: I stayed at the accommodation with my family, where we were promptly met by our host Patrizio, who was very accommodating to our early arrival to Rome. The journey to the property from FCO was smooth also. The tour of the property was detailed and efficient, Patrizio provided us the keys and offered complimentary coffee pods for the duration of our stay. The property was well equipped with TVs throughout, an ensuite in the master bedroom, two bathrooms outside the remaining two bedrooms, it was exactly as pictured on the site. Check-out was also smooth. We had WiFi, smart TVs, a coffee machine, fridge, washer, dryer all as described and a camera operated keyhole for safety. The location was prime, with hardly an 8 minute walk to St Peter's basilica, supermarkets either side, access to the Central sites on foot, public transport or taxi. It was clear that they had put every effort in the building from materials such as the Asian wooden floor, the tiles, the bidets, the dining table light to make it an elegant stay. We would like to thank the host and owner for the stay and I'm sure whoever stays next will have an amazing time. Additionally, it was very affordable for the region, out performing hotels in the area too.

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful at all times. The location was great and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! Many thanks to the host!
