Summary: We get together as a family once a year, all coming from 3 different states. This house was the perfect place for all 20 of us to get together. It may not be renovated or new but it is cozy, comfortable and has everything you need for a large get together. We had lake access and spent everyday at the water. We were able to boat and jet ski right off the shore behind the house.The property manager was so kind and communicative. Overall we were so grateful for a place to accommodate a large crowd.

Summary: We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. Teens had their own space in the basement. The backyard was great for evening gathering. There were 12 of us total and with the number of beds/futons this accommodated us just fine. There were beds in the tents outside and couches for larger party size. The house itself is dated and can use some update. However kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary needs and appliances. The lake is accessible behind the house but can have loose rocks with steep areas. There is a more gradual path circling around the community. Nancy was great and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This house and property are great for large groups and offers a very relaxed environment. The owner is easy to communicate with and welcoming. There is plenty to do both inside and outside of the house. The first floor has a kitchenette and lots of seating, so it is a perfect gathering spot. The game room has a brand new ping pong table and a well loved pool table and card table. We put a cloth over the card table and the pool table was fun despite its quirks. The walk to the water’s edge is a little challenging for some. We tied a long rope to a tree to provide a handhold for some of our group who needed it. Overall, a fun and relaxing place to stay and play in the Shasta area.
