Summary: The room was very nice and the location was wonderful. Communication with the property is awful, however. We had lots of trouble checking in and after we got our keys, we found our room door open. The room was rather dirty but it's impossible to tell how much of it was actually the room being dirty, and how much of it was the door being open for anything and everything to get into the room. Despite reaching out several times to the staff via the check-in desk, phone, and even their text option, no one ever reached out to us. It was a gorgeous area and easy to get to and find, but I would never stay there again.

Summary: It was nice, quiet and spacious. The only issue was the tv and the remote. It appears the remote was not working.

Summary: Very nice and quant. Will say the no contact check in was a bit new to me. So be prepared if you are not. Bit of a hiccup that management was very open to discussing that we figured out together.

Summary: Great place to stay! We were visiting a friend in the cute little town of benson and stayed one night.No front desk person but Easy instructions for check in and getting key. Only thing was the cleaning lady knocked on our door early in am to see if we had left yet. We were awake but if not I would have been super annoyed. I think they could use a better system than that for knowing when guests have checked out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: Room service comes, doesn't do much... no new towels no new shampoo, lets see 2 adults 4 nights only 1 tiny shampoo. Come on. My bed was horrible springs loud n broken. And i sat in a chair it broke, i placed on my bed so house keeping would replace the broken chair and nope they just put it back at table like really
