Summary: We have owned a rental property before and understand the work it takes to do a job well done. This home had everything we could have hoped for. My husband and kids were especially fond of the paddle boat, dock for our boat, private beach area, beach toys and fire pit. We are an active family and enjoy cooking our own meals. The kitchen was well stocked and had great supplies. Well worth the price.
