Positive: Breakfast was a bargain, room was very reasonable, spacious and comfortable. Much nicer than a modern, purpose built hotel with 100's of soulless rooms. All the staff were responsive, courteous and not too formal.

Negative: Nothing to fault.

Summary: Perfectly comfortable, very good value, nice staff and venue.

Positive: Authentic rustic, and kind and staff. No sign of a ghost, but a very pleasant atmosphere and fantastic food.

Negative: Bathroom radiator needs a clean... There is no shower gel provided, (which we knew in advance) but still forgot to take, no complaint here, if I could change anything at all, it would be the shower curtain, it kinda hems you in when you're in the shower. Also needs a mattress protector. Would we stay again... Yes definitely love it
