Positive: Once we learned the back way to walk to the Mockingbird station it was convenient to take public transportation everywhere. The staff were nice and the room was comfortable and clean. It was unfortunate that we were there before the lobby, bar, and dining room were done with the renovation. It should be nice when completed.

Negative: Valet parking was very unorganized, and unprofeshional, we waited in the cold wind for 15 mins while they looked for our car and when he pulled it in he was facing the opposite direction of new guests pulling in off the street to check into the hotel causing more traffic and people honking at us and flipping us off for going the wrong direction but it wasn't us, it was the only way we could get out. Horrible! Get a better Valet service, there's not enough parking.

Positive: Clean, modern rooms. Comfortable bed.

Negative: The hotel did not have my Booking for two Queen rooms. They only had one, but gave us the second room at the “same price”. However, upon checking out, I saw on my credit card statement that the hotel had billed me three times. It took me 10 days and multiple phone calls for them to reimburse me the extra charge. The breakfast room was not very cheery and seemed to be in a conference room. Hopefully, this is temporary.

Summary: Well located hotel for an overnight in Dallas, but management needs to work on the front desk efficiency.
