Positive: We had lunch when we arrived and it was very nice and perfect after a long drive. The Breakfast was amazing and perfect way to start the day. We had dinner on the last evening and the menu was nice and I had the fish and chips and would recommend. The hotel has a lovely bar / restaurant with welcoming staff and nice atmosphere and we were luck that the weather was nice and could enjoy the sun in the garden area. It was quick to check in and the radio in the room is a lovely touch as it was nice to listen to music in the morning while getting ready. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. The location is good but there is a steep hill to walk into Bath but there are regular busses with a stop right outside so if you can not walk it is easy to jump on a bus. Easy parking in the carp park behind the pub.

Negative: There was nothing I did not like I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bath.

Negative: Shower could have worked a bit better.Although it could also be operater error,as we are not familiar with this type of tap setup.

Summary: Great place to stay.Easy access to centre of town.Food was excellent and staff very friendly and obliging.

Positive: The room was attractive and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant and included breakfast were excellent. We had dinner there as well, and it was delicious and the service was great. Very convenient location for walking into the town, and on site parking was a big plus. Great place to stay!

Positive: The room was stunning. The bed was super comfy, the bath was great. The room was spotless. Loved the cute radio. The menu was tasty and each dish beautifully presented and the breakfast was also of great quality. Each team member we encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
