Positive: Absolutely beautiful views and the house itself is a great setup. Ample space for 4 adults and it was pretty well equipped with all the things we needed for both days we stayed. The wifi was a but slower but you're out in a heavily wooded area so it's not surprising and not a huge issue. Coffee on the front porch with the massive tree was fantastic and felt like a fairyland with the sounds of the rain. It was incredibly peaceful.

Negative: It doesn't really mention how steep the front steps and the steps leading upstairs are. That was a little rough on some of my group and the driveway up is also pretty steep. We went up in a truck and it definitely was a little sketchy. Not sure if it's just because the home is older or what but some of the wooden planks definitely need to be replaced in the walkway as some felt like you were going to fall through. Shower on the bottom floor was leaking anytime someone took a shower so we had to place towels and the water upstairs didn't seem to get quite as hot which was a bit of a bummer since the tub was beautiful.

Summary: Minor issues but an amazing stay!

Positive: It was very peaceful and quiet! Loved that they had pretty much a full kitchen for cooking your own meals plus spices. Also loved the fact that we could bring our pups with us!!!

Negative: The bbq was not working and was also pretty dirty. Had propane but wasn't working!!

Summary: Loved being in the woods and enjoyed the peace and quiet!!

Positive: Beautiful view from deck and master bedroom. Secluded among the towering trees, peaceful, very little exterior noise.

Negative: Could not figure out how to use TV or internet therefore written instructions are needed. Did not like the hand rails to second floor. The use of 2x4 for hand rails makes it impossible to get a good grip for safety so I chose to sleep in the TV room on the couch. Also, more light needed in the TV room, only 1 bulb functioning in the ceiling fixture.

Summary: Enjoyed the time spent with my daughter in serene quiet and beautiful vista, lake and ocean.

Positive: We couldn't have asked for a better location. Secluded, beautiful and quiet... it was a wonderful trip!

Negative: Couch in the living room is old and uncomfortable - TV seems to be old too, as it kept pausing to catch up with the wifi - the kitchen could have used a couple of non-stick skillets - some dishes were old and chipped - Other than these things, everything was great!

Summary: This a beautiful and secluded cabin that we will definitely visit again!
