Positive: The property and the view are amazing. Would highly recommend for a celebration or special occasion. The staff were very attentive and the rooms are beautiful. Just wish I had asked what they had in the diffuser, the smell was delicious

Positive: The hotel is lovely. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and have lots of amenities including complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. The restaurant was great I would highly recommend eating here. The views from the property were beautiful. Just a shame I couldn't stay longer!

Positive: The hotel is in a lovely setting, with lush gardens surrounding it. My room was cozy and beautiful, I had complimentary brownies coffee and tea. The bed was super-comfortable.

Negative: I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work!

Negative: My booking said @King Room with Lake view'. This isn't what I got, they put me in the Shepherds hut in the grounds. Shower didnt work well. Fussy service in the restaurant
