Summary: This property is a beautiful inn and the bed was comfy. The greeter was super nice. However, there is limited dining in Hull after 8 pm. I upgraded for the fireplace and it didnt work. Called the 24/7 number and the only offer was to make an emergency call to the inn keeper. Well at 11 pm Im not going to do that so we went to bed listening to the clanking flag pole, wobbly fan and passing traffic. The breakfast was not as advertised, it was just muffins, bagels or scones.

Summary: Cheryl was so kind and welcoming and always ready to help if need be. I have never been in such a clean B&B - absolutely spotless. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and quiet.

Summary: Came in for a show at the Music Circus. The property was great and it was a 10m walk into town to get to the beach.

Summary: It was a nice property. A bit too far from the beach to walk. The queen room was not private. The door to the room is next to the refrigerator. So you hear everything going on in the first floor. We knew the room was going to be small but the shower was extremely small. And we are average sized people not large. The backyard is not as nice as the photos and no one around to provide supplies for the fire pit in the photos. Also it’s not quiet to sit outside. Right next to the main road. Overall it was a nice place to stay but would likely choose somewhere else next time.
