Summary: The house was lovely. It is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is really restful - large and with lovely views to the sea and castle in the distance. Off street parking, the garage to keep bikes in and the outside spaces are good.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights in this property. It is a perfect location for exploring the area. It is very well equipped and is beautifully finished. It is walking distance from the town center. (Bit of a steep walk but fine) The restaurants in the town are lovely. Overall an excellent property.

Summary: The house was well equiped with everything we needed whilst on holiday. The terrace area was ideal and a pleasant place to sit in the sunshine. The wifi worked well at all times and the furniture was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk into town and the port area. The bathroom is downstairs and the master bedroom is upstairs, which might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Otherwise, the house is perfect for a break at St Cast.

Summary: A wonderful place to stay in order to explore northern Brittany. The host could not have been more helpful and the cottage deserved its 5 star rating. Great location, immaculate gite and lovely host ... One of the best places we have stayed in.

Summary: Tastefully decorated and appointed. Useful area at rear of property with seating area and deck chairs in sun most of the day. Superb location with easy access to beaches, bars and town. Good bar and restaurant just a few metres away and excellent boulangerie 100 metres. Markets in the local square Friday and Sunday. Also huge market in town on Monday. Excellent property and location. Easy access to ferry port in St Malo.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s house. The location is perfect for a crossing from St Malo, just 45 minutes by road. It’s close to a large Super U in Matignon, there’s a boulangerie a few steps away and a number of smaller shops in the village. There’s a small park with exercise equipment close by too. As a base we visited Dinan, Dinard, Erquy, Mont St Michel, Carnac as well as many other beautiful places in Brittany. St Cast is a great place to stay, the beach is very clean and not crowded at all. Michael’s home is great for a couple of family. It’s really well appointed, a fabulous bathroom and all the modern features you’d expert. The back yard is a little sun trap in the afternoon, with a large umbrella if you get too warm. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here, Michael is a wonderful host and very helpful.
