Positive: Fun decor and clean. We only encountered one staff member - that person was very friendly. Very close to gorgeous beach and to downtown.

Negative: Breakfast was ok - there was a sign saying SORRY, NO EGGS on an egg warming station. Hmmm - eggs are not uncommon to locate. In the morning there was a very strong smell (sewage?) outside our room & in parking area. Nobody there at check out to mention our issues.

Summary: Probably best to visit in the summer, where outdoor activities nearby are plentiful.

Positive: We loved our stay here! The location was just a few minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street in Southampton. It was clean and comfortable, with very nice design. There weren’t too many other people staying there on a weeknight in fall so it felt very peaceful which was nice.

Negative: The beds were a bit cushy/overstuffed feeling but we still slept well.
