Summary: The Beach House is a great place to stay. You arrive to a super clean place that is fully stocked with all your needs. Everything works and the location is super quiet. We met Tonya and she was really nice and accomodating. We return every year because it's the perfect place for us when visiting that area.

Summary: The beach house was such a cute little place.The location was great. Its a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and even had a clean smell when yiu first walked in. It was well decorated and fully stocked with items that I didn't need, but nice to know was there incase I did. The host were easy to communicate with and respond very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if in the Daytona area. Would highly recommend the beach house.

Summary: Very private, really nice cottage. Everything was spotless as if it had never been used before. It was fully stocked with numerous items you might need during your stay. I bring most of the things I need but it was nice to know items were there if you needed them. It would be hard to find a small place that was better than this one. If I ever return to the area I would always stay here.

Summary: My husband and I came to Port Orange for Welcomed to Rockville which got rained out and was awful. But, we had a lovely stay at the Beach House! The space was cozy, clean and just perfect. My only, extremely minor complaint, the AC system makes a very loud noise when it kicks on. Being a very light sleeper- it startled me awake a few times during the nights. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. James and Tanya- thank you for everything! If we ever travel that way in the future we will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much.

Summary: (Title is a Mary Poppins quote). We were going to explore New Smyrna, St. Augustine, etc for just a few days and luckily found this gem. This little beach house had everything we were looking for, and more. Amenities were great, it was sparkly clean, in a pretty and peaceful neighborhood. If I could change anything? I would ask for many more days! (We would love to be back to make this our "home base" again!)

Summary: The guest house was perfect. Super clean, comfy and welcoming. We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race and travel times was just minutes too and from the track on Saturday and Sunday.
