This property has stunning sea views from most of the bedrooms and more space than you can imagine! There are nine bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus an extra downstairs cloakroom. This is just like having your very own private hotel! Every bedroom has its own LCD wall mounted tv and there is WiFi. Perfect for extended family or a group of friends for a weekend away enjoying everything Brighton has to offer.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen. It has two electric cookers and a microwave so it’s certainly easy to cook for a large group if you want to.
There are two spacious and very welcoming living rooms, both have wall mounted LCD televisions with Freeview and DVD players. They have been decorated to create a real home from home.
A dining room has a handmade oak table to seat 22 very comfortably.
French style doors lead out from the living rooms and the dining room onto a decked terrace with plenty of garden furniture which is perfect for sunbathing with a 32ft heated swimming pool and Hot Tub available upon request (Extra charges will apply). At the front of the property there is a separate cabin which has been made into a games room with a pool table.
There is a separate cloak room on the ground floor.
First Floor and Second Floor
On the first and second floors there are 9 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, bathrooms are all modern and have either a bath with a shower over it or a walk in shower. Every bedroom has a wall mounted LCD television and some have a sofa. Perfect for sitting and chatting and watching the tv while you get ready for your night out.
Outside area
At the front of the property, on the seafront road, the fully enclosed patio area is private and has patio furniture for you to sit out and enjoy a quiet drink or to sunbathe around the lovely pool. Please note it is not an area for loud noise especially after 9.30pm. The Beach House is on Hove seafront. It is a 5 minute taxi ride into central Brighton or approximately a 20 minute walk along the seafront. There is a nightclub within a minute’s walk from the house and local pubs too.

Summary: Just had the most amazing memorable weekend celebrating my 50th Birthday with family and friends at the Beach House. It really is just an amazing house in a perfect location with spectacular sea views it really does exceed all expectations on arrival. It is HUGE with plenty of room for everyone nothing cramped and there was beautifully furnished lounge areas. The kitchen was small but full equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm! The swimming pool was great and heated to high temperature! Plenty of garden furniture, secure and safe parking at the house in fact it had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. The hosts were very accommodating and just a phone call away. An unforgettable experience and the only downside is having to leave...One of the best places we’ve ever stayed and cannot wait to go back....

Summary: I did not make it to the party, but every man jack of those who did, thoroughly enjoyed the sunny experience, finding it spacious and well equipped. Only hiccup was a leaking basin in 4 - but that was okay as we had a plumber in our midst. Thanks muchly
