Summary: Lovely room and such warm staff that make you feel at home and taken care of. Only thing is that there is no lift and it can be a bit of a treck to get all the way up to the top floor using the narrow staircase! Otherwise very cosy and lovely stay.

Summary: The staff were very welcoming, but the hotel is not equipped for the hot weather. Room 8, was tiny, right at the top of the building, no aircon. The shower head was blocked and a little faulty, there were light bulbs not working. For the price paid, I would have expected a much better experience. I asked about aircon, and the cited it being a historic building - but there are aircon solutions that don’t require external condensers!

Summary: Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him.

Summary: It was our first time in this hotel and we were so delighted with everything. The team is lovely and made us feel home by offering us a complimentary drink when checking-in. The rooms were big, quiet and very well cleaned. Beds are so comfy!! We also had breakfast, which was so delicious and incredible value for money. I actually wanted to stay another night, a bit sad we had to leave.
